Pine Tree Lodge was built in the early 1930's by President Roosevelt's Grand Army of the Republic. Our cabins were constructed to house the workers, while they built U.S. Route 6. Route 6 is a scenic highway that runs from coast to coast.
Pine Tree Lodge is located in Tioga County, North Central Pennsylvania, the heart of the Pennsylvania Wilds. It is surrounded by tens of thousands of acres of State Forest and State Game lands. We are about 15 miles west of Wellsboro on Rt. 6, mile marker 206. Our cabins  have beautiful valley views over-looking Pine Creek, which flows through the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon.
All of our cabins have covered porches for a nice evening of R&R in a quiet country atmosphere. All cabins have cable T.V., full linens, refrigerator/freezer, stove, full cooking utensils, & showers. We DO except pets in the cabins. For more information about activities, dates, places, and things to do, click on the links above or call Pine Tree Lodge at 1-814-435-2621.
